We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including payment information/ credit card etc), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
By submitting an order with PhoneHub.co.uk you agree to create an account with PhoneHub.co.uk;
You are at least 18 years old.
If you are under 18 years of age, that you have obtained your parent’s or guardian’s consent to purchase a device for the sum indicated via our website.
You and your parents or guardians release us of any liabilities or claims that may arise if you send the phone to us in breach of this warranty. If you deal as a consumer any provision of this contract which is of no effect to a consumer shall not apply. Your statutory rights are not affected by this contract. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “consumer” means an individual who neither makes this contract in the course of a business nor holds himself out as doing so, as defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
4) Consumer Rights
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within 14 working days, beginning the day after you receive the item(s) ordered.
In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product(s) in accordance with our refunds policy.
To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing (email is preferred). You must also return the products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them (this includes chargers and accessories), and at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession and if you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action of you for compensation.
You will not have any right to cancel a contract for the supply of any products if the tamper-proof seal on them has been broken (where applicable).
In relation to the purchase of used products, neither this provision nor any other provision of the contract will otherwise affect your statutory rights in relation to the products, subject to your understanding that electronic products will be used and/or refurbished (we warrant that all products sold will be as described.)
5) Selling – How the Contract is Formed Between You and Us
Our site (PhoneHub.co.uk) is only intended for use by people registered with us and resident in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. At our complete discretion, we may accept or reject orders from people outside of these territories.
During the online process, you will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions. You must read them carefully as they form the contract between us and you and you will be bound by them. If and when you agree to them, we will then send a confirmation that we have received your sales pack request. The contract between us is formed when we send that confirmation to you. Any terms or conditions referred to in a sales order by you, anywhere or at any time, have no effect. Any variation to these terms and conditions must be confirmed in writing by us. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, we will not progress your trade.
The contract between you and us is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns. You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the contract.
6) Our Liability
We Warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability: (a) For death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987; (c) For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (d) For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude our liability.
We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, waste of management or office time) however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even foreseeable.
7) Buying a Device from Us
Price of Products and Delivery Charges
The prices of the products will be as quoted on our site.
Prices for our products may change at any time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with a dispatch confirmation.
The price of the products includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the changes in VAT takes effect.
For all orders placed, PhoneHub provides free tracked delivery. Please note that all orders placed before 3 pm will typically be dispatched the same working day and all orders received after 3 pm will be dispatched the next working day. All orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 5 working days.
It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the products on the site may be incorrectly priced.
If we discover an incorrect price we will inform you and will give you the option of continuing with your order on the basis of the correct information or cancelling the order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.
Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
Description of products
All products are second hand and/or refurbished unless stated otherwise.
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description which sets out additional specific conditions related to that product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
Please note, however, that all product descriptions and images are for display purposes only and do not represent the finished product. Any accessories listed will be for mint condition items only and are not included in good condition, poor condition, Discounted, or Budget items.
Box contents may vary; additional downloadable content listed on the box may not be included.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy.
8) Returns, Refunds and exchange policies
Our return policy is 14 days. If your product is reported as faulty after this period, we will provide a `like for like’ replacement. In the event that we do not have the product available, we will provide a refund. If you contact us outside of the 14-day period, PhoneHub reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange requested for items which aren’t faulty.
If your product is within the 14-day period, please call us on 03333 442 460 and we will send you a returns label via email for you to return your handset.
The product must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also come back in the original packaging with any accessories included. Failure to do so may result in a small fee to cover the cost of the missing items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There may be occasions where a partial refund may be provided if your returned product does not meet these terms. These are evaluated on an order-by-order basis and are fully at the discretion of PhoneHub.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Following this contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK and EU.
You may place an order for products from outside the UK, but this order must be for delivery to an address in the UK.
Quality of Used (pre-owned / refurbished) products for sale
You acknowledge that the products sold by us, pursuant to the contract, will be pre-owned or refurbished unless stated as being new. Please note, however, that all product descriptions and images are for display purposes only and do not represent the finished product
Where electronic products are concerned, we check the products we sell and warrant that the condition of the product will match the grading description related to that product as stated on our website at the point of sale.
Should you receive any product which is defective, please refer to section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.
We offer 12 months warranty on each device we sell. The warranty begins on the day of purchase.
What we cover:
- Faults caused by improper workmanship or materials
- Technical defects
What isn’t covered:
- Accidental damage
- Liquid damage
- Issues caused by third-party software
- Issues caused by unlocking your device
- Issues/damage caused by changing any components since the item was originally sold to you
- Damage to screens, bezels and casing
We can only accept device(s) returned if;
- The device(s) are accompanied with a valid proof of purchase
- The device(s) returned are inclusive of all items included in the original sale, including but not limited to: manuals, cables, packaging, plugs.
We cannot accept returned device(s) if;
- The device(s) was returned without proof of purchase
- Faulty, caused by accident, misuse or neglect
- The device is iCloud/Samsung/Google account locked
- Any third-party repairs carried out by anyone other than PhoneHub
This warranty does not cover damage or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, and improper voltage supply, interference from or with other Electronic devices, alteration, maladjustment of customer controls, improper modification (such as mobile phone sim-lock removal), or service by anyone other than a PhoneHub technician.
All items sent to PhoneHub for refund or return under warranty are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Prior to PhoneHub receiving such items, the risk of loss and title for such items remains with the customer. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to us upon delivery from the carrier. As such, PhoneHub recommends that when sending items for return or refund you use an insured and/or traceable methods of transit, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery.

10) Events Outside of our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (a force majeure event).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, even, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following: (a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action. (b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war. (c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disasters. (d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport. (e) The impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks. (f) the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
11) Our Right to Vary these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in relevant laws and regulations, changes in payment methods and changes to our system(s).
You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time of your order from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the changes to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the dispatch confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within 14 working days of receipt by you of the products purchased on the PhoneHub Store/Site.
12) User Accounts
PhoneHub reserves the absolute right to close your account and cease dealing with you at its sole discretion and for reasons it determines.
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
13) Promotions and Offers
All promotions on the PhoneHub site can only be used as a one-off code unless stated otherwise in the original source of advertisement. We also reserve the right to withdraw or extend a promotion at any given time.
Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and the promotion that gives the highest discount will supersede and override any other additional promotion used during the checkout process.
Each promotion may have specific conditions or exclusions such as Selected titles or New products etc. The original marketing advertisement should be checked for specific promotional terms and conditions.
We are unable to provide any promotional discounts to an order which has been completed without the use of a promotional code being applied during the checkout, by way of refund. Likewise, any promotional discounts will under no circumstances be applied to historic orders.
PhoneHub does its best to ensure that promotions function as advertised but in light of any genuine and honest mistake with promotion setup, PhoneHub is under no obligation to fulfil orders which were created during such “false” promotions.
All promotions, offers and discounts are subject to product availability. Once stock levels of a particular product in any given offer have been exhausted, PhoneHub is under no obligation to supply the product at the promotional price once that product is back in stock if that promotion/offer has since ended.

You acknowledge and agree that, as you have chosen to enter the linked website we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and do not review or endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for

2. the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, content, products, goods or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources
3. the use to which others make of these websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such advertising, content, products, goods or other materials or services available on such external websites or resources.
15) Complaints Procedure

For us to fully investigate your complaint we will require the following:
- Your Name and order reference
- A valid contact number and email/postal address
- A summary of the issue with as much detail as possible
- A copy of any previous/ongoing communications related to this complaint
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days of receipt. Your complaint will be recorded and assigned to a senior member of staff, who will investigate and provide you with regular updates throughout the investigation. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.
